Published by Confrontations Europe and Le Manuscrit in the collection “L’Europe après l’Europe”, André Ferron’s book describes the challenges related to the birth of an electricity market in Europe, a region with diverse histories, cultures and interests. The author shows how the new energy context forces us to be more creative and share objectives related to the general interest and to energy policy.
André Ferron, an engineer by training, follows energy issues in the European Parliament and leads a Confrontations Europe working group on energy, whose members are experts, business leaders, trade union representatives from the energy sector in France and Europe.
