On the eve of the adoption of the "climate-energy" package, as proposed by the European Commission, we cannot escape debating its’ coherence. At the risk of shattering some established compromises, three well-known experts will show us how to (truly) optimize the mitigation of carbon dioxide emissions in Europe. An evening at the Royal Academy that is not to be missed!
