INDUSERVICES ON THE LARGE EUROPEAN MARKET AN ISSUE FOR THE SOCIAL DIALOGUE AND PARTNERSHIPS
The renewal of the internal market will result from a pact between European institutions and Europeans around a new social and economic ambition. Will the States be ready for a new historic compromise committing their societies? They really ought to be ready, because it is not about waiting for the benefits of a growth coming from elsewhere: we have to create the conditions for our own growth. The solutions will not only be national, we will have to achieve tough reforms together.
The single European market has to become the bedrock of new growth, a “base camp” for industries and services, what will require new regulations to create an effective market framework, but also a lot of investments, both human and financial, in all sectors and along the whole value chain. Connecting training and employment to production, reconciling economic freedoms and social rights, inserting the youth, securing a better use of cohesion’s instruments to establish a convergence between EU countries, who are still very uneven in terms of productivity and competitiveness: the Entretiens Economiques Européens of Confrontations Europe in Warsaw will gather actors from several regions of Europe and from Turkey, together with the European social partners and EU institutions, to ensure that these issues are at the heart of social and civic dialogue in European companies and on the territories.
Dialog spoleczny i partnerstwa dla rozwoju przemyslu i uslug na rynku europejskim
Szkola Glówna Handlowa w Warszawie, 9 i 10 grudnia 2010
PRZEMYSL I USLUGI NA RYNKU EUROPEJSKIM, WYZWANIE DLA DIALOGU SPOLECZNEGO I PARTNERSTW
Odnowa rynku wewnetrznego Unii Europejskiej powinna byc wynikiem paktu miedzy instytucjami, obywatelami Unii Europejskiej w imie nowej ambicji spolecznej i ekonomicznej.
Takze niezbedne sa inwestycje w zasoby ludzkie i inwestycje finansowe we wszystkich sektorach i calym lancuchu ktory tworzy wartosci.
Ksztalcenie, zatrudnienie i produkcja sa zalezne od siebie. Uzaleznione sa tez od siebie : wolnosc ekonomiczna, prawa spoleczne, warunki wejscia mlodych na rynek pracy. Aby to wszystko razem funkcjonowalo trzeba uzyc narzedzi spojnosci i kowergencji miedzy krajami Unii Europejskiej, ktore dzis sa bardzo zroznicowane pod wzgledem kompetytywnosci i wzrostu produkcji. «Les Entretiens Economiques Européens» «Europejskie Spotkania Ekonomiczne» w Warszawie sa otwarte dla przedstawicieli krajow, regionow Europejskich, oraz Turcji. Ci przedstawiciele razem z partenerami spolecznymi i instytucjami wspolnoty Europejskiej musza zadbac aby pytania ktore stawiamy byly w centrum dialogu spolecznego i obywatelskiego Europejskiego oraz w przedsiebiorstwach i w regionach.
