EIN Summer University
A Centre Right Answer to the Political and Social Crisis:
A Project for Europe
The Summer University organized by the European Ideas Network will take place in Bucharest on 22,23 and 24 September 2011, As Vice-Chairman of the EPP Group responsible for Political Strategy and the European Ideas Network (the EPP Group's Think-Tank).
The purpose is; to discuss the new challenges and opportunities arising form the broad crisis that we are suffering, and within this context, which priorities should the European leaders have in order to achieve a pragmatic sustainable model.
The specificities of the Black Sea region as the crossroads of Europe and Asia and the development of its role in assuring stability and prosperity in both continents make of Bucharest a privileged tribune to discuss these matters.
In these times of challenges, the Summer University offers a unique opportunity for European policy-makers, leaders in the private sector and experts from the academic world and the political foundations to exchange views in an open and stimulating environment.
